There is no sound at all while running Teach Yourself to Sing. 1)Make sure you have a Windows-compatible sound card properly installed on your system. 2)Close any other programs that may be running besides Windows and Teach Yourself to Sing. 3)Make sure that the volume on your computer and your computer speakers are turned up sufficiently. 4)Contact your sound card manufacturer to ensure that you have the most recent sound card drivers and software installed on your system. There is some sound while running Teach Yourself to Sing, but there is no video sound or music in the song player. 1)Check to confirm that Quicktime Version 3.01 (or higher) is installed properly on your computer. (Note: Teach Yourself to Sing Installer runs the Quicktime Installer automatically.) 2)Close any other programs that may be running besides Windows and Teach Yourself to Sing. 3)Check ‘MIDI Setup’ options to ensure that a valid MIDI device is selected. 4) Verify that the selected sound and MIDI devices are installed correctly on your system.
